Ultimate Thing: The Bomb was gonna go off anyway, you're just hastening the inevitable.
(No this is not some Hegelian Dialectical dillema like Caesar goes on about how the NCR will fail and the legion just brings it to a quicker end)

IT'S A BOMB, BOMB supposed to go BOOM, it not go BOOM first time it will go BOOM later on.

Currently on my first play through, and I've gotta say after reading this.... I'm happy that I didn't screw up. Obviously I made a good decision. The NPCs in that town were rude. Dude charged me 100 caps for some info. Mister Buke is cool and shiz I got a free room out of it. 1st playthrough never seen any gameplay so I'm playing roughly blind it feels like. Figuring it out as I go.

Play evil. It's a game. I started by killing Sara Silver and using her house as a base. I saved the game just before I blew Megaton up so I could watch it again and again. You get free admission to Paradise Falls and can have Crimson will be your companion. Three Dog will savage you but you can just kill him. Finish Wasteland Wanderers Guild first. People complain that can't by stimpacks any more, but there is a doctor in Tenpenny Tower, doctor in Rivet City, and one in the Ghoul Underworld. You can buy ammo at Tenpenny. Can't do this a Megaton. Besides, listening to Tenpenny laugh is priceless.
