All you have to do is:

Drag the body and move it from either of the sides, not straight forwards (just hold A or D - or whatever your side step buttons are) and as you do that now just press and hold your run key

Demonstration:

well Its not really ''dragging'' but more like jogging away with the body..... perfect tactic to do for when you are in a rush to use the bathroom
