i manged to get mine at a constant 3706 with max temp and 90 psi and sustained it for over 8 hours

Working as designed, mate. Water is flashing to steam when it hits the boiler - it can happen in real life, it just tends to cause a sudden disassembly of the boiler.

It isn't broken, it's the boiler superheating and instantly vaporizing the water into steam
although stuff like this doesn't happen in reak life I think
