Info
I created a patcher, that disables checksum checking on ironman game starting or loading. That means that use can use any mods you want and still earning achievements.
Installation
1. Download latest patcher executable from GitHub releases page[github.com]
2. Unzip it in HOI4 directory (right-click on HOI4 on steam > Manage > Browse local files)
3. Run universal-checksum-patcher-windows.exe
FAQ
1. Can I get banned for using that patcher?
I can't guarantee you won't. Maybe.

2. Can my PC get hacked by using this patcher?
I can't guarantee you won't. Maybe.

3. Patch can't apply
Most probably Paradox major update changed bytes pattern, and now I need to recalculate hex values. All you can do is wait and pray.

4. Can I get achievements in multiplayer?
No.

5. Can I connect to players with other checksum in multiplayer?
No.

@Joseph Vissarionovich it means there might be some bug someone could abuse (which happened many times in gaming like all Dark Souls games having RCE vulnerability for long time, or recently all Unity games having some security bug too)

Basically it's a "no guarantees" disclaimer.

I thought someone mentioned that if you delete the 'achievements.txt' file or something in the mod's folder, then it does. This would work for all mods that have their own achievements, but I am not sure if there's any conflicts

Does it still work on the official version? I am planning to buy the game since i got addicted recently, played the cracked version with all DLC's apparently this patcher works on cracked 1.16
