Old Church Slavonic Kislev Shields

Super simple mod that changes out the Latin alphabet lettering of KISLEV to Cyrillic кислєв, I consulted Old Church Slavonic for the letters which is why they don't look exactly like modern Cyrillic.

I tried to do an URSUN variant but the copy pasta process was too unkind to the letters, maybe one day in a future update.

Once I figure out how to alter normal maps I'll do all the little medallions on Kislev swag that has Latin lettering, but this for me is good enough to get me through my current Kislev campaign :)
