!!! THIS MOD ONLY CHANGES THE DEPLOYING ANIMATION !!!
In my opinion, l4d2 melee weapons don't need custom attack animation
Only the deploying animation was modified but there was an issue with the idle animation
Additionally, there is a strange problem with the finger when deploying
I will try to fix it when I have time and also create a crowbar version mod to upload


UPDATE

I started modding animations just a few weeks ago
So I'm not very experienced in applying different game animations to left 4 dead 2
Currently, there are a couple of issues with this mod:
  • FIXED ▶ When deploying, the thumb is bent, and the rest of the fingers look strange
  • FIXED ▶ Only the deploy animation has been replaced, but the left hand stretches strangely when idle
Since I don't know how to fix these issues at the moment, I will fix them once I learn how to do it

@Baitofqualitycooking Mods that only changes textures should be compatible with this mod. As far as I know, model replacement mods are not possible.

I hate valorant but I do love the animations for being slick and cool

btw, this definitely won't work with model replacements and some other addons that change the deploy animation, but this will work with skins right?

@This my duty! Baseball bat and cricket bat is difficult to apply Valorant animations smoothly to because they require the use of both hands.
Since I'm not familiar with editing animations, I applied them to a similar one-handed weapon: machete.
When I learn more about animation editing, I will consider modifying this mode and also creating a bat version.
