In Necesse, you can recrute NPCs to help you in your settlement.

You can also rename your chest by clicking the rightmost button or double-clicking on the current name.
To automate the store, you can access the chest and select the gear option. Upon doing so, a menu will open allowing you to edit the types of items the NPCs can store in the chest.

It is strongly recommended to make a dump chest, where you will mark an x on all items and set the priority to the minimum.

The game has 14 crafting stations, but only a 9 of this crafting stations can use nearby inventories, namely:

1. Advanced Workstation
   
2. Alchemy Table
   
3. Carpenters Bench
   
4. Cooking Pot
   
5. Cooking Station
   
6. Demonic Workstation
   
7. Iron Anvil
   
8. Roasting Station
   
9. Workstation

I made this layout thinking in 6 crafting stations because they merge in late game. Therefore, the crafting stations of the layout would be:

1. Advanced Workstation
   
2. Alchemy Table
   
3. Carpenters Bench
   
4. Cooking Station
   
5. Iron Anvil

For the chests, I just arranged the chests over the room layout.

If Necesse adds more crafting tables in the future, you can use these two layouts that I made for 10 crafting stations.

Finally, this is just a guide to help you make your own Crafting House. I recommend that while you are not in late game you switch between crafting stations according to your needs.

Only remember that you can automate your forges by using your citizens. (But I don't wanna teach from this guide)
