Increase your in game resolution scale to 200% and Overall image quality
By freakyyy
This guide is based on a lot of tests I have done on the Demo & Open Beta version of the game.

1- First make sure your internal in game resolution is set to 5 only and then close the game.

2- Second go to the steam game directory where you installed Street Fighter 6 then find the file called config.ini open it and search for:

[RenderConfig]
ImageQualityRate=X - (Change this value from 1 ~ 2 or whatever value you like)

3- Copy any value you like from the list below and replace it so it should look like this ImageQualityRate=2 finally save and close the config.ini file but make sure your PC can handle 200% if not then try lower values.

For example:

ImageQualityRate=0.5 -----> = 50% - (Lowest image quality but gains a lot of performance)

ImageQualityRate=0.8 -----> = 80%

ImageQualityRate=1 -----> = 100% - (Default)

ImageQualityRate=1.2 -----> = 120%

ImageQualityRate=1.25 -----> = 125%

ImageQualityRate=1.5 -----> = 150%

ImageQualityRate=1.75 -----> = 175%

ImageQualityRate=1.8 -----> = 180%

ImageQualityRate=2 -----> = 200% - (Highest image quality and most demanding)

4- Additionally I suggested you to turn off Bloom and Motion Blur,Depth of Field for even better and crisper/cleaner image quality.

*UPDATE* You can ignore all the steps above and just use GPU driver based Image sharpening like "AMD image sharpening" or the equivalent from NVIDIA it does give the same quality as 200% resolution scale with literally zero impact on the performance, You can use both if you really want 200% resolution scale plus driver based Image sharpening AMD / NVIDIA it's up to you.

*Note: This guide might get updated or changed based on what might change in the game graphics settings or when new graphics tech added over the years in the future, Have Fun.

Maybe I can find information how speed up loading textures?
Maybe author has advice?

No, The user must understand so everything would make sense to them or at least they learn something new I'm not wasting anyone's time.

Put the update at the TOP of the guide, so people don't waste time reading outdated information! :steamfacepalm:

@LITTLE I don't know about DLSS I'm using AMD card pretty sure they are the same thing but as I said It looks like the graphics options are hard coded in the game, That's all I can do for the game so far, good luck.

@freakyyy Just tried DLSS out and it works quite well, gives a massive performance boost and an overall sharper image but some of the really fine details like tufts of hair lose their clarity and definition upon very close examination. Is it possible to push IQR above 2? DLSS gives a lot of head room but I don't see any real discernible difference IQR 2 and IQR 3.

@freakyyy I was also wondering freakyyy if you had tried injecting DLSS/FSR into the game via REFramework? It worked wonders for RE4 but I have not tried it with SF6 yet.

@freakyyy Thank you for the reply, so the images being produced in both scenarios would be identical then? Also yes I have my DLDSR sharpening at 75. That's interesting, I had read online that the game did not properly recognize resolutions above native so DLDSR was not working for people. Maybe it's just an Nvidia thing? However I did notice that selecting 4k as my in-game resolution by accident while having my IQR set to 2 caused my fps to drop to single digits so maybe it is working lol not sure. Do you know of a reliable way to test stuff like that? I've been just taking screenshots and zooming in on them in Paint and seeing which look better lol.

@LITTLE No It's literally doing the same thing but at this point it's just a personal preference for quality vs performance also you can use this link to calculate the resolution scale & pixel density if you want to: https://www.omnicalculator.com/other/resolution-scale

Also I suggest you to try using AMD/Nvidia Image sharpening at 80% within your driver settings, I have AMD card and it works so well same quality as 2=200% with literally zero Impact on the performance excpt It's set to 1=100% in game files.

@freakyyy Hey freakyyy I had a question if you don't mind, would I get better, worse, or identical image quality by setting the my desktop resolution to 4K (monitor is 1440p natively) via DLDSR and then setting the resolution in game to 1440p versus having my desktop resolution set to 1440p and my in-game resolution set to 1440p as well (internal in-game resolution is set to 5 and IQR is set to 2)? Thanks!
