I did all that was said but i had to hold down S during the cinematic and it worked

I also tried everything and also @Shred solution but still does not work...

I finally made it! For those who have the same problem as I before:
1) Load game from the last checkpoint
2) After entering the barn go straight to the place of the hidden door and look at it
3) Now try to open the door with your hands (Max will say that this is impossible). DON'T ATTACH THE ROPE & HOOK BY YOURSELF!
4) No go up with Chloe's help
5) Pull down the motor, and use it to go upper level
6) AT THIS MOMENT DON"T MAKE A PHOTO OF THE OWL!
7) Rewind the time to get the motor back
8) Attach the rope to the motor
9) DON'T ASK CHLOE TO ATTACH THE HOOK DOWNSTAIRS! IT'S IMPORTANT! YOU NEED TO PULL THE MOTOR DOWN WITHOUT ATTACHMENT TO THE SECRET DOOR FIRST! There will be small cutscene and Max will say that this is not working
10) Rewind the time and NOW ASK CHLOE to attach the hook to the door
11) Now pull the motor down and everything will be fine - now you still will be upstairs and NOW YOU CAN make an owl's photo. Then you can climb down and open that buggy-door.

For me it's not working: I've already tried anything (even the changing the game language), and still can not fix this bug... Thanks, developers! In the original game, there's no such problem at all - it's only here in the ReBUGstered version

This method helped me only after i changed the language to english, for some reason, so if it doesn’t work for you, try the same

its not working for me, it seems to bug me below the platform after i pull and push the motor down.

Can confirm this works. For some reason, attaching the rope yourself leads to bug where even if you break off the padlock, you can't interact with the door to open it. When I rewound and had Chloe tie the rope, it was fine.
