Dan has received a rescale and resprite overhaul along with stat adjustments and bells and whistles!


From the hit web series turned mobile game, Dan the Man joins in Rivals of Aether and doing what he does best, beating up people with his kick butt moves!

Dan the Man is a balanced mix-up rushdown fighter, having many tools to help him in various situations. He has solid all-round stats, decent kill power, deadly offstage attacks, some good options to recover and combo game with his only major weakness being his short range.

Neutral Special: Ninja Star
Dan throws a rapid amount of ninja stars at his foe. While it does weak damage and no knockback, the firerate allows Dan to rack up damage quickly and put pressure on his foes.

Forward Special: Power Attack Dragon Fist
Dan charges up his fist and dashes forward with his flaming punch. Longer charge results in more damage and knockback with his max charge attack being his most deadliest!

Up Special: Uppercut
Dan jump punches up into the air, hurting anyone in his way. Not reliable for KOs due to fairly weak damage and knockback and needing the foe to be in very high percents for kill power but good for disrupting airborne foes. Also used for recovery.

Down Special: Grab N' Headbutt
Dan grabs his foe and headbutts them. Good for punishing mistakes and getting the jump on some situations.

My first public workshop character is out. Please provide your thoughts and feedback if you can on my character. It's my first time making a fully fledged character with no prior knowledge on coding. Dan The Man is a "learning as I go" project and is built off of Sandbert but heavily modified and uses template moves from Menace's workshop to make it feel different. Thank you and give Dan a go!
