Alpha Release 0.3

This is an early release for the Sunday Drivers Community[sundaydrivers.pro]! This map will still be worked on (a lot of WIP) and you can expect soft resets needed for your server. Thank you!

New location for Bedford, Monmouth County, and more compatibility!
