Choose your target
Find the player who plays worse than anyone else on the team and make him your target.
Start hating
Start hating your target, using colourful expressions and insults. Remember, your goal is to morally humiliate and destroy him.
Repeat the same thing over and over again
The more you repeat your insults, the more likely your target will lose his nerve and start playing even worse.
Don't forget the other players
If you notice someone on your team trying to defend the victim, you need to start hating them too! This will show everyone that you are the real boss.
Don't forget your team
Not only can you hate your target, you can also hate other players. If you want to be a real leader, you need to show your strength and power to everyone around you.

Absolutely on point. Can't count how many times I happened to be caught out first in teamfights and then proceeded to get trashtalked all game.
If you don't hate people yet or are against mass extermination events, Dota 2 will change your opinion.
