The recommended order is Misuzu --> Kano --> Minagi --> Summer --> Air. The 3 heroine routes are part of the Dream arc; the Summer arc, which is unlocked afterwards has no choices, and Air is the final arc with a few choices. A lot of the choices are pretty much inconsequential, but some will slightly or greatly affect your route possibilities, so wander off the beaten path at your own risk.

Protip: If you like to save at every choice like I do and the default 100 save slots aren't enough for you, use a txt editor to open GAMEEXE.INI and change the line that says "#SAVE_CNT=100" to "#SAVE_CNT=256".
