Refresh Rate Fix (75hz/144hz/240hz)

The game might not display your monitor's supported refresh rate in fullscreen mode. Here's a quick but rather tedious fix, as you will have to do this everytime you open or alt-tab out of the game (if the game switches to windowed mode after alt-tabbing).

Even if your game is ALREADY set to fullscreen, change it to windowed and then back to fullscreen
Change the resolution to any, then back to your preferred one (i.e. if you play in 1080p, change it to 900p and then switch back to 1080p)

P.S.

I don't know if there is any other way to fix this but this worked for me. If anybody suggests a better solution, it would be appreciated.

What I've always done is:
- go to the graphics settings
- alt+enter to switch to windowed mode;
- change the vsync to whatever other setting, on or off;
- alt+enter to go back to fullscreen mode

It drove me crazy that the game either was running capped at 60 fps without tearing, or 120 fps with tearing (and I have a freesync monitor).
