1.) Install and launch the game then quit
2.) Open file (n++ strongly recommended):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancys Endwar\OfGame\Config\DefaultD3DSetting.ini

3.) Modiffy these lines to set your screen res then save the file:

DefaultResX_16_9_High=2560 DefaultResY_16_9_High=1440

4.) Open file

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancys Endwar\OfGame\Config\PCOfEngine.ini

5.) Modiffy these lines to set your screen res then save the file:

StartupResolutionX=2560 StartupResolutionY=1440

Yes, they are placed 2 times in the file.

6.) Game is ready to play

Note: tested with 1080p and 1440p only.

Yes, use Lossless Scaling.

Confirming that it works at the beginning of 2025 for 2560x1440.
Just bought the game (on steam), and had to run it first for the "PCOfEngine.ini" to be created. Outside of that, worked like a charm.
