Click the right button on the game, select the tab "Properties >>> Advanced Content". Click the box and you will start downloading DLC. Create a desktop-icon. Now you can start the DLC. Attention: This DLC is a own game, not included in the main game!

Start the game.

Change the channel in main menu.
Death Screen
Interact with E on the pc in the bedroom.
Glucose
Touch the doll with E. You can find the doll in the bookshelf in the bedroom.
Gopnik
You need to sit, press F.
Zhdun
Touch the "Buddha" with E. He is sitting on the couch in the living room.

Press E to switch on the tv. The tv is in the living room.
