So I'm gonna list some mods for making your game run faster, it works perfectly if you have a low end pc or lap top (like me)

Installation:
1- Open links and login with your steam account
2- Subscribe to the mod you want to have
3- Enable mods in game ( in modding section )
NOTE!
(All of these mods are verified)
( You can press H in game to check your mods )
( Uncheck "Auto Enable Outdated Mods" in the top left of the modding screen )

Mods:
1- Remove all Particles: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/remove-all-particles
Removes almost all visual particles (over 850+ files) from the game










2- Resource Chunk Lag Be Gone!: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/goldchunksbegone
A simple Blueprint mod allows you to modify the light that Gold and Nitra chunks emit in an effort to increase FPS!










3- Low Ply Enemies: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/lowpoly
Makes enemies low texture like Quake!










4- Removed Trrain Destruction Particles: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/removed-terrain-destruction-particles
Removes the particles that appear when an enemy dies to fire for an increase in performance.










5-Removed Frozen Death & Impact Particles: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/removed-frozen-death-impact-particles
Removes the particles that appear when hitting or killing frozen enemies for an increase in performance.










6-Remove Flares: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/remove-flares
Removes all individual dwarves' flares and Scout's flare gun dart entities from being visible. The light glow they emit still exists, the flare's body itself just isn't rendered anymore










7-No Ragdolls:https://mod.io/g/drg/m/no-ragdolls
Disables ragdolls on most enemies.










8-Frozen Impact Particles FPS Fix: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/frozen-impact-particles-fps-fix
Mod removes transparent smoke particles from frozen impact particle system










9-Remove Decals: https://mod.io/g/drg/m/remove-decals
Intended to improve FPS. Removes blood splat when killing things, dwarf footsteps, and bullet impact on the terrain.
Final Note:
Lowering you graphic settings will help to boost performance
Next step is enabling AMD FSR, AMD FSR . ( I enabled FSR 1 and put it in quality )
And change the AMD FSR till you find the best matching for yourself

Most of these mods are outdated and don't work with the current season

No, all these mods are verified so it's not gonna disable your achievements.

has anyone tried these mods on steam deck?

I thought I'd have to refund the game when I got it, thinking it would be unplayable on this machine, since this computer was crap 15 years ago... but I was happy to discover that on the lowest settings except viewing distance (set to extremely high), I can get this to run pretty smoothly.
It's nice to know I could get mods to further improve FPS.

Not only for low end PCs but also modded games for everyone. If you're playing Hx2 or starship troopers you want some of these.

I think Remove All Particles makes the other particle mods redundant.
