They are working off the same source material that modders are, if you actually compare the two different version of Aislyn to the art from the WFRP Sea of Claws book, you can see that they are both different takes on that original art (CAs helmet for Aislyn is more accurate to the art, while Cataphs wins the accuracy contest with the dagger)
