To start off press ctrl+shift+s on your keyboard in game. In this menu type cheat allowcheats into the provided bar. In this cheat menu you can also change some of the saves variables such as Military difficulty.

1. cheat e=mc2 - this allows you to reasearch things in one day *two turns of in game clock*

2. cheat breakground - this allows you to construct buildings in one day

3. cheat onedaybuild - builds units in one day

4. cheat nomove - dosent allow units to move

5. cheat shelovesme - Maximum relationship with the UN for your country

6. cheat saddam - Random AI country declares war on another random AI country

7. cheat georgew - +$10 billion to your treasury

8. cheatfinalexam - Raises technology level by 1 point

*does not transfer over to differnt save filies* Meaning when you load a save you have to re-enter the cheats.
