Ducks' Zombie Building Spawn Fix

解説
In Zomboid, zombies inside of buildings are only spawned if you're within a close radius of the building and have visible sight into the building. This means that you can be making as much noise as possible and not draw out any zombies from inside the building, which can be quite the annoyance if you're trying to clear out the bloc. This mod fixes this issue by making it so zombies inside of buildings are spawned in as soon as the building is loaded in.

This does not increase or decrease the amount of zombies in the world, but you may notice an increase of zombies due to the fact you're spawning in zombies from buildings the moment you load in the building. Building spawns are not affected by zombie respawns (as far as I'm aware, at least) so you don't have to worry about zombies respawning in them either.*

*There is one single caveat to this: If you haven't explored the roof of your base or a building it's possible that there's un-spawned zombies waiting there that will then be spawned in with this mod. Welcome to Zomboid.

I’ll update the mod sometime this week. I need to investigate some of the issues that were reported in B41 and see if I can do anything about them in B42.

I transferred the mod from b41 to b42 and it works correctly but I can't upload it for some reason, how can I contact you so you can update it?

Did some testing today: The old spawning mechanics are still in the unstable B42. You still need to have line of sight into a building and be close enough for it to finally spawn in zombies on the inside. Zombie distribution seems to have been overhauled, though, purely by going off of vibes. I'm going to hold off for a stable release before I decide to pop open the code though and read through.

A shame. Was really hoping they would address this issue. Maybe they'll address it in the stable release.

I’m not sure. I’m hoping they did fix it, or if they haven’t, that they’ll fix it for the stable release. I’ll test building spawn behavior sometime and report back when I do.

somehow enable this mod forme would lead some of spawn points got swarmed by zeds

I downloaded this and unfortunately it causes lag on my machine in LV due to high zed spawn rates that apparently my mac can't handle. However, when i turn the mod off in the settings menu, now i have no zombies spawning inside at all. Which honestly is kind of a blessing in LV but it feels like cheating haha

zombie spawn to lot even in the oustides, making it impossible to have a good game... its like you kill a horde of 12 zombies walk in the quarter and its one more hord of 20 zombies just in the door of your home

bad performance hit . if u walk around in LV zombies will spawn in the big buildings and the whole game will lag because 200+ zombies are spawned in a building . they probably coded it this way so the game will be more manageable in high dense areas. Sadly have to remove from my server
