The Basics.
This is a quite easy to do thing
MAKE SURE TO FREEZE THE ROTOR, LASER POINTER AND MIRRORS

1. Grab a Rotor, and a Dampening Box.
2. Grab Steel Binding, and put the Box on the right side of the rotor with the games time paused, Attach the dampening box to the rotor's spinning thing on top.

You should have something like this:

3. Grab a laser pointer and 3 mirrors.
4. Pause time, and pick up the laser pointer and put it on the left side of the rotor, do not attach it, instead, freeze it.
5. Now, drag everything into the air, it should now look like this:

6. Grab the conducting wire, (called Wire) and put it on the dampening box to the laser pointer. (make sure the box has room to spin in circles)
7. Right click on the rotor, and scroll down until you see the option called "Set Rotor Speed" and set it to 2000.


Now, You have to do the most difficult part. The mirrors.
1. Set the degree of two mirrors to 45. (do this by right clicking and pressing "Set Angle")
2. Set the third mirror's angle to 135.
MAKE SURE THEY ARE FROZEN IN THE AIR (right click and select freeze)
3. Put the first 45 degree mirror right where the laser is, so it reflects up!
4. Put the 135 degree mirror where the laser is going up, causing the laser to reflect right.
5. Put the last 45 degree mirror where it is going right, causing the laser to hit the floor!

You now should have something like this:

Now, turn on the rotor, and watch as it will start a massive laser off the 3 mirrors, the laser should be hitting the floor!

After:

You now must pause the game, exit it, and reload to look at the bottom of your weapons tab, to find a normal sized gun.
Issues:
Here is the list of issues you can have:

1: The Box Not Spinning
Well, if you press F on the Rotor, it will spin, and the box might not have room, or the wire is too short. So create room for spinning, and extend the wire. Or, you were dumb and you froze it, right click and press unfreeze if you did.

2: Why is everything in the air not falling for you?
Well, I right clicked on the Rotor, Mirrors, laser pointer, and selected freeze, so they wont fall. DO NOT DO THIS TO THE DAMPENING BOX THOUGH.

3: Everything works, but the laser is not as big as yours
That's because you need to wait for the laser to progressively get bigger as you wait.
