omg..... dude, THANK YOU. i hope steam people in charge see this and allow refunds passed a few more hours.... that is NOT OKAY. even if u meet requirements if the game pulls that crap, then it develops more issues then you will be way beyond passed 2 hours.... not ok...

holy shit that start with the shaders I thought I was the only one that had to wait so long. It made me angry because 1h+ for shaders and another hour to configure the game makes it IMPOSSIBLE to refund on time.
