This is the place where I dump my payday 2 builds. Here might be goofy ones, or good ones, or perhaps even really good ones. I usually don't ace inspire or nine lives.
Armorer ICTV Lebensauger .308 + Jacket's piece

This build is one... of those builds. Full damage and survivability. If you can play around with two shot armor and two seconds, you should be unstoppable. This is the big boy pants build. Sometimes your team is beyond helping, so you gotta put the big boy pants on and do everything yourself. This should fit that category. To get your breakpoints, either die or take one heavy to health. Basic armorer stuff.
Copecat (1/1/1/1/8) ICTV LMG + 40GL
The skills:
(Fugitive is empty, nothing there)

Primary weapon : KSP
- Long barrel
- The bigger the better suppressor
- Lion bipod
- Stability boost
- LED combo
- Solid stock

Secondary weapon : Compact 40 GL
- Any mods, but no incendiary rounds.

Melee : Doesn't matter

Equipment : Doesn't matter

This build is really tanky. Your ICTV takes two shots to break. With a joker and all the damage reductions, your health takes 4. With the combined shots of 6. It takes 6 shots to kill you. That is a lot. (Under die hard and the other reductions, you are at 9 shots) The two shot ICTV with HT aced and the copecat heal gives you good survivability. If you want BE aced, then drop joker aced to basic and unseen strike to basic too. Then ace BE.

Copecat (2/2/2/2/8) HBV eagle heavy rifle + 5/7 AP with C4

The secondary weapon : 5/7 AP pistol
- Size doesn't matter suppressor
- Concealment boost
- Medved R4 laser sight
- Extended magazine

Deployable : Tripmine
Throwable : Concussion grenade
Melee : Ice pick, or anything that can reach 32 concealment.

With the infiltrator damage reduction and frenzy aced, your HBV can take two shots to break, since HBV has high concealment, I could take low blow here. The eagle heavy rifle is truely an battle rifle of all time. Bad concealment, but yet I managed to force it here. You can swap it out to practically anything else, and do better. The 5/7 AP is here to deal with shields. Since you are always under 50% health, the copecat's godmode is quite janky. Tripmines are here for the based factor, and to speed up objectives.

Melee : Something that can reach 32 concealment. Preferably electric brass knuckles or buzzer.

Copecat biker sniper build. With HT aced, headshot on heal and the copecat biker's own healing, you can heal off shots really fast. The armor gating gives you good survivability, and can make you survive stuff that you shouldn't have. I've included R700 and Jackal as other weapon options, if the 168's crit heavy breakpoint isn't enough consistent for you. Jackal is there for concealment.

Crook? With two shot armor and dodge? Impossible!
The secondary is primary gun, meant to deal with most enemies. As it has 100 accuracy, you can snipe those snipers. The primary is secondary, mostly meant for dozers, but can also deal with crowds. This build requires some aim, so if you can't aim, then your performance will suffer.
Crook HBV akimbo stryks + Mark 10 submachine gun (Got replaced by a better one)

The primary weapon : Akimbo STRYK 18c Pistols

- Ergo grip

The secondary weapon : Mark 10 submachine gun
- Medved R4 suppressor
- Concealment boost
- Compact laser module
- Custom build frame

Equipment : Ammo bag? Medic bags? Throwable bag?
Throwable : Concussion grenade
Melee : Ice pick or anything that can reach 32 concealment.

The dozer removal service lite build. Your "primary" here is the Mark 10. It has enough pickup to keep you afloat. Your secondary are the STRYKs, they meant here to deal with dozers. Snipers are a minor inconvenience, but can be dealt with. I usually take ammo bag, in case I get unlucky with dozer spawns.
Crook HBV akimbo stryks + Para submachine gun

Ok. This build is just the previous version, but better. It got replaced by a better build, with higher damage. Para is your primary weapon, and the strycks are your dozer murderer. Swap out to Mark 10 if you want to.
Kingpin HBV LMG + FAKs

Kingpin LMG. Shoot enemies. That is it. Secondary is up to you. Commando is good, for example blowing up Captain's ass.
Kingpin LBV FAKs Gecko 7,62 + 5/7 AP

Throwable : Injector
Melee : Any melee which can reach 32 concealment will do. I use electric brass knuckles for some joker shenanigans.

Kingpin AR build. Nothing special to it really. If you can't aim and don't mind losing on some damage, switch unseen strike aced to body expertise aced. Gecko for anything else expect shields. For shields, use 5/7 AP (what a surprise).
Kingpin LBV R700 + Micro Uzi with FAKs

This build is stronk and straightforward. Click heads. I once hard carried with this build.... so that is cool I guess... If you feel like it, you can switch out the rifle for 168 and ball with crit relying breakpointz.

Weapons

Melee : Ice pick, or anything that can reach 32 concealment

There isn't much to say about this build. Fire bottles are here to zerk. If you do it correctly, you get 99%. There were two reasons for this method. 1. "Molotov cocktail" is a very consistent way of zerking and work on any difficulty 2. Using heavies to zerk is bit funny, as you have the dodge, and only works DS. AK17 is the main gun. It has no trouble dealing with everything else than shields. 5/7 AP is here for your shield counter. Snipers are a minor inconvenience with this build. You could switch the deck to hacker and perhaps spam HE judge to get into zerk numbers but meh, zerk rogue it is.
Sociopath ICTV R93 + Krinkov

- Compensated barrel
- Total ammo boost
- Military laser module
- Any sight will do
- Wooden body

The secondary weapon : Krinkov submachine gun
- The Bigger the better supressor
- Accuracy boost
- Auto Fire
- Scope mount
- Moscow special rail
- Led combo
- AK plastic grip
- Speedpull magazine
- Any sight will do, biometric scanner can get you to 100/100 stats
- Classic stock

Equipment : Ammo bag? Or be a good teammate and bring med bag
Throwable : Concussion grenade
Melee : Katana

Quite basic build. Your ICTV can tank 3 shot here and there. You also got armor gating part. And funny melee. Powerful build. The sniper can be swapped to any 255 sniper really or even 200. Stay away from 168s as the funny melee heal shenanigans will ruin your breakpoints.
