nioju I dont get blurry HUD with DLAA, but DLSS. Are you using DLSS? DLSS lowers resolution then upscales it, which might cause the HUD to be blurry.
However, I encountered some problems, but I believe it is something with the upscaler itself. Such as: the entire HUD becomes blurry when the player moves, artifacts with DLSS and Reshade is disabled (unfortunately).
As far as I know the situation with the installation has not changed. if you find solutions - let me know in the comments.

When using d8input from your link, the "TemporalUpscaler" option doesn't appear, I have to download the most recent version from nexus mods. Using upscalerbase from your link with the nexus REF, when opening the game it still gives the error "backend not loaded". Even with the files correctly installed in the reframework/plugins folder
