It was the Rotting King trinket that damages your hero by 3. Normally it's not an issue so I forgot about it. My bad.

I had my Hellion get hit by the Strip Reality attack and she died instantly. She had 3/4 health, no stress, bleed or blight. The attack bypassed the death's door mechanic. Is that intendent? I've beaten this boss 3 times already so this just caught me off guard.

@SGT.Swanson I had my run for the Countess ruined by this mob as well, extremely difficult fight for no reason, the self-heal in particular makes it extremely unfair since it also does insane damage and because it's a hallway fight you can't really prep for it either

Can you tone it down on the nightmare mob? It has no business being this strong. It almost ruined my expedition to the courtyard. I don't know why I get the boss fight while not having the character in my party in the first place.
