You can personally pick any fruit / crop you wish yourself. Just that if you have Farmers allocated to your farm shed, they select where they want to work at their time and inclination.

So you have no idea which farmer will select which farming job. It seems like the luck of the draw which farmer and which job.
I often will help and harvest crops that I want to keep those particular seeds or resources for the following years crop or for other manufacturing processes.

Oh you have auto pick? In LJD you have to go to each tree and in one area my sheep are in the way so I have to go around or jump over them, or wait til night when they go inside.

What yours are doing is very time consuming. I can't imagine being patient. Seems they'd go in an efficient order and then route to tend their other needs? Lest they are in dire shape?

Timing of day is helpful in shots. Can you angle the camera and get the sun ahead and fog to be lined up with it? I can't seem to describe that well. I'm getting a bit tired. Been a long day. Morning coffee break is a necessity :D for all characters and humans, except for the odd ones that don't like coffee. (inc. my husband) Guess it's an acquired taste?

Thanks the way they pick the fruit seems very weird, to me at least. Now it may have been a timing issue but several seasons of picking but they pick THE closest tree on the closest orchard .. then leave and go on to other orchards and that orchards had another 5 trees in it. that they left to do other orchards first.
Maybe they got hungry and needed a morning coffee break break after one tree and in getting back to work found another orchard was closer to their home.

I been struggling to have another sunny day in Summer, as the usual Rain and fog isn't good for fruit screenshots.

I wish we had something like this in Lumberjack Dynasty. All we have are apples. Boy have the graphics come a long way from the early days I began to play on PC. Looking good
