Right click Apex legends in your steam library, Click Properties and under launch parameters put +CrossPlay_user_optin "0"

That was 5+ months ago people claiming the anticheat didn't like certain launch parameters. I have been using it since the option got removed from the settings menu

That's like saying unlocking your fps with +fps_max unlimited would get you banned. It wouldn't :csgo_dead:
