Intro
Hi are you stupid? I hope not, by clicking this guide you either know how 2 ressource and just wanna see if its accurate or just that you're litteraly stupid.
Note for yourself that this guide is not 100 percent finished and that it tires me to do it so i'll finish it later.

I Main Ressources
I Main Ressources :

Compound : found on every planet mainly used in crafting recipes such as tethers or printers.

Resin : found on every planet, used for main crafts such as furnaces and others.

Organic : found on every planet, collectable by vaccuming plants, grass and others, can be turned into carbon if put into the furnace, can also be used as a source of energy for small generators.

Soil : soil is collectable only by vaccuming the ground while having a small canister in your inventory.

Clay : found on every planet, can be melted in the furnace to make ceramic.

Quartz : found on every planet(caves), can be using in crafts such as beacon, can be melted into glass, can be turned into silicon via chemestry lab.

Amonium : found on every planet(see below), used in crafting for rocket fuel (which means hydrazine which is craftable via chemestry lab).

Graphite : found on every planet(hills/mountains mostly), used for crafts such as packagers, can be turned into graphene via chemestry lab.

Laterite : found on every planet(caves), can only be melted into aluminium.

Astronium : found on every planet(deepest caves), tradable ressource via trade platform.

Sphalerite : found on Sylva(caves) and Desolo(hills), can only be melted into Zinc.

Wolframite : found on Desolo(caves) and Calidor(surface), can only be melted into Tungsten.

Malachite : found on Sylva(mountains) and Calidor, can only be melted into Copper.

Lithium : found on Vesania(caves) and Novus(hills), can be used in important crafting such as medium batteries or RTGs.

Hemathite : found on Novus(caves) and Glacio(hills), can only be melted into Iron.

Titanite : found on Vesania(mountains) and Glacio(caves), can only be melted into Titanium.
II Furnace-Able
II Furnace-Able :

Carbon : result from melting Organic, can be used as fuel for medium generators and can be turned into Plastic, Tungsten Carbide, Explosive Powder and Steel via Chemestry lab.

Ceramic : result from melting Clay, can be used in crafts such as uhh i dunno its been a while since i last played... (probably not alot to remember).

Glass : result from melting Quartz, can be used in crafts such as Chemestry lab (i think).

Aluminum : result from melting laterite, very important ressource, used in crafting rockets and other vehicules.

Zinc : result from melting Sphalerite, can be used in crafts such as medium battery.

Copper : result from melting Malachite, can be used in crafts such as solar pannels.

Tungsten : result from melting Wolframite, used in crafts such as medium generator.

Iron : result from melting Hematite, can be turned into Steel via Chemestry lab.

Titanium : result from melting Titanite, can be turned into Titanium Alloy via Chemestry lab.
III Atmospheric Ressources/Gases
III Atmospheric Ressources or Gazes :

[IMPORTANT] Gases are collectable via the Atmospheric Condenser, those are collectable with a certain speed called "PPU" such as this :
25 PPU - 1 unit every 40s
50 PPU - 1 unit every 20s
75 PPU - 1 unit every 13.33s
100 PPU - 1 unit every 10s
(note for yourself that gases are stocked differently than normal ressources and each balloons stocks 5 units of 1 gaze, the balloons are not to craft the ressources just are the balloons filled with the gas)

Hydrogen : Found on Sylva (75) on Calidor (50) on Vesania (100) on Novus (25), it can craft Hydrazine (rocket fuel) with the Chemestry lab.

Argon : Found on Vesania (50) and Glacio (100), it can craft Steel with the Chemestry lab.

Methane : Found on Novus (75) and Atrox (100), it can craft Silicon with the Chemestry lab.

Nitrogen : Found on Sylva (100) on Vesania (75) on Atrox (50), it can craft Titanium Alloy with the Chemestry lab.

Sulfur : Found on Calidor (100) and on Atrox (75), it can craft explosive powder with the Chemestry lab.

Helium (Hell-ium) : Found on Atrox (25), it can craft Nanocarbon Alloy, it is also the hardest ressource to gather out of all due to it being available on one planet only and it being only on low quantity, to gather a full tank of Helium (160 units) you'd need to wait a maximum of 6400 total seconds, that being 106.666 total minutes, or 1.777 hours, this is an insane amount of time for about 160 units of 1 ressource.

Last little tip : the Atmospheric Condenser takes out 20U per seconds, you better get a maximum amount of medium generators if you want to that going.

PS : the lab ressources will be coming :P

IV Lab Ressources
IV Lab Ressources :
These are ressources which are obtainable only via Chemestry lab with crafts (just like any other ressources in the game, you might find some in nature)

GAZ FREE

Rubber : crafted with Organic and Resin, can be used in crafts such as a rover.

Plastic : crafted with Compound and Carbon, can be used to craft Medium or Large Cannisters.

Aluminum Alloy : crafted with Aluminum and Copper, can be used to craft rockets (shuttles).

Tungsten Carbide : crafted with Tungsten and Carbon, can be used to craft Drill Strenght 1 and 2.

Graphene : crafted with Graphite and Hydrazine, can be used to craft Diamonds.

Diamond : crafted with Graphene and Graphene, can be used to craft Drill Strenght 3.

GAZ REQUIRED

Hydrazine : crafted with Hydrogen, Amonium and Amonium, can be used as fuel for rockets.

Silicon : crafted with Methane, Resin and Quartz, can be used to craft a Gaz Cannister.

Explosive Powder : crafted with Sulfur, Carbon and Carbon, can be used to craft Dynamite and Fireworks.

Steel : crafted with Argon, Iron and Carbon, can be used to craft Nanocarbon Alloy (it has other crafts trust me).

Titanium Alloy : crafte with Nitrogen, Titanium and Graphene, can be used to craft Nanocarbon Alloy (yet again).

if you've ever wondered what's "Nanocarbon Alloy", you are a complete fool

Nanocarbon Alloy : crafted with Helium (of course), Steel and Titanium Alloy, can be used to craft RTGs (basically most overpowered power source of the game).

Little bonus lesson :
Now what's an RTG?
An RTG is an infinite generator of electric energy in this game, 4Us per RTG, constantly
To craft it you need Lithium and Nanocarbon Alloy, that's just it, after that poof no need for any fuel or whatever.
Hope y'all like it my next guide will be on Astroneer too but rather on Plants and Dangers of this game.

Best way to do it is trying to get tugsten, then getting the mats for making 12 silicone so around 3 full methane gas, because then you want to make the large rocket, make the shelter but DON'T UNPACK IT on first planet, now goto another planet, place it in a good spot (like for example near a gateway thingy), repeat for each planets and now you can go and start to do the hard thing

i wrote gaz with a z because in my native language its written like this and i tought it was written like this in english too but i had a doubt, thanks for the info

You've miss spelled gas and gases. Gaze is another word for look.

I shall add this to my collection of guides of materials so I don't have to constantly memorize stuff

Great overview!
Are you planning on adding the atmospheric resources?
Those are the ones that gave me the most trouble starting out - where to get them and how to use them :BUDlove:
