1. Download Steamless then Unpack FATAL_FRAME_MOL.exe there'll be
FATAL_FRAME_MOL.exe.unpack and FATAL_FRAME_MOL.exe.unpack.bak

2. Use HxD Editor edit .exe file (don't do anything with bak file) search for hex value
76 4E 6F 69 then change all of them to 00 00 00 00 (mine was 10 times) then save

3. Delete original .exe and .bak then rename unpack version file game .exe and .bak to
FATAL_FRAME_MOL.exe and FATAL_FRAME_MOL.exe.bak

4. Launch the game enjoy!

I guess someone who understands coding better will have to check what to delete now.

Just going to add a note here, when you're in the Find and Replace function of the Hex Editor, make sure you switch the tab to "Hex-values" because otherwise it won't find anything. It's on "Text-string" by default. Also change "Search direction" to "All" just to be sure it gets every instance.
