For B41 .txt File MUST be ANSI (Windows-1254) for B42 UTF8 work well.
And seems to give me this functionality as well..
The Mod ID has **Changed** to read as "ReplaceBandage". No more space between Replace and Bandage.
So go to your server.ini file, remove the space, then reset your server.
The mod will be restored to working order on your MP Server and no longer flagged as "missing"
whats in the file itself is added manually by the server admin.
having finally translated correctly what DENS92 said, he found the answer.
the mod ID has changed from 'Replace Bandage' to 'ReplaceBandage' for some reason; note the missing space. that needs to be changed in the server file too.
Gracias DENS :)
as far as multiplayer, i didn't even consider that, but it's likely that the server also lost the mod and needs it re-enabled, because clients are going to adopt that modlist when they connect regardless of their own client-side modlist (AFAIK - been awhile since i did MP Zomboid so maybe that's not entirely correct).
