Sharpness.

I originally blamed her for the mush of pixels on the textures. The problem as it turned out was not it (about this in the next section) but in general to me the picture because of it becomes worse. On Directx 12 it turns off without any problems but on 11 cd projekt made a misprint in the code and turn it off is not possible you can only set a low or high value. Changing the settings in the files also do not give anything (User.settings in the documents).
I found the solution on reddit:

Go to the path: Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc file graphicsdx11.xml.
Open notepad or WorldPad, press control + f in the search insert <Entry voverrideGroup="PostProcess" arId="SharpenAmount" value="1"/> replace with <Entry overrideGroup="PostProcess" varId="SharpenAmount" value="1"/> then change the two zeros at the top into one and one at the bottom into zeros it should be so:

Otherwise it will not work already low level of sharpness. Save and voila everything works.
Two typo letters and how much pain(
A ripple of pixels, aka film grain.
After the next-gen update, there was an indistinct rippling of pixels all over the place, which looked like film grain:

Beard and hair. The chainmail on the Roach is a mess, as is Geralt's sleeve, which is terribly rippled. In motion it all shimmers and shines with black blotches.
Especially it is noticeable without antialiasing, and antialiasing as such on directx 11 there is no TAAU terrible soap FXAA is more bearable but also sucks.

As it turned out, this problem is solved by setting the textures to a high level ultra and ultra+ are sick of it.
High textures:

There is no difference as such between the high and the ultra+ quality even the level of video memory consumption does not fall.
A little bit about settings and optimization.
On my 2060 without super and rayzen 5500 in full hd before nekst-gen everything was flying on ultra at 120+ fps. When I came in after the patch (on directx 11 of course dx 12 is not playable at all) and turned everything to ultra it was 60-90 in the woods and cities was not above 55 on the 144gz monitor is very painful. After a little play with the sliders came to this:

The number of characters on the screen at ultra+ sagged fps in the cities at high this problem does not exist and beggars in the corners is quite enough.
The shadows themselves are not bad to eat up frames but in terms of quality nothing changes. Grass all eats up a lot of performance especially in the forests.
The quality of the grass. The only difference between the medium and the ultra+ is in the detail of objects in the distance and not as before when it looked quite miserable before the non-next-gen upgrade.
With the amount of it is clear as written so it works on high it is again enough in my opinion.
Those at ultra+ have negligible effect on performance but improve the picture significantly ssao also eats a little. As for antialiasing TAAU eats 3-4% of performance FXAA eats nothing.
After all this I have stable 90 frames always and everywhere this is with the lock outside the cities and forests performance margin of 45-30%.

The guide was translated from Russian with Deepl and minor edits.
Don't judge strictly for punctuation)
I would be very glad if anyone found it useful)

лучше ставить резкость на низкое, а н е выключать. Без него игра слишком мыльная. а FXAA выглядит гараздо хуже , так что лучше оставить TAAU
