What does SPM mean?

I remember making plans to scale up my base, which would bring it to around 1k SPM, and I felt discouraged because it was still a tiny fraction of other factories I see online. But then I remembered, back when 1.0 came out, one of the popular goals was to launch a rocket every minute. It's just that in the months/years since then, those players have continued to look for new ways to expand and scale up production. Just because some have gone a lot further, it doesn't make the old "minute launches" goal any less of a proud achievement.

500 spm? 19500 to go...
