Bulldog Strike Fighter Redux

This ship is a complete redesign of the older bulldog attacker.

"The Bulldog strike fighter was originally designed to operate off Avador class escort carriers. In order to fit 6 on the tight deck it had harsh size constraints it had to meet. A few consequences of these constraints can be seen in its poor fuel storage capacity, low ammo storage, and interesting folding missile racks. While having poor range on hydrogen thrust it was given ion and atmo thrusters for longer distance flight to increase its strike range. Lacking the staying time of other attackers such as the SDF Super Trout the Bulldog was more suited to hit and run attacks, firing off its 4 missiles and unleashing a salvo of auto cannon fire before retreating to rearm and refuel. Despite their flaws, Bulldog fighters would deal a decisive blow to the RBN fleets in a surprise raid on an RBN shipyard helping to buy the APF time to prepare for war."
