Everything that you can plant on your farm, you can gather somewhere in the wild. There are two types of crops: ones that grow in any season, and ones that grow only in specific seasons. All crop seeds can only be found in a location during that crop's growing season.

Once Benny's quest has been completed, you can purchase an Oil Maker from him. The Oil Maker makes different kinds of oils from flowers, which can be sold as-is or used in other crafts.

Once Felecia has moved to your town, you will be able to purchase the Soap Maker. It takes Oils from the Oil Maker and turns them into Soaps, which you can sell.

The loom is used to create fabrics, which are used to make clothing. There are three types of fabric:

The sewing machine is used to create clothing. Each piece of clothing requires a pattern (purchased from Xavier) and at least one piece of fabric.

• Silk Dress - 2 silk + dress pattern
  
• Silk Pants - 2 silk + pants pattern

Once you complete Brunhilde's quest, you receive a Furnace, which can be used to make items from the metals & gems you grow in winter.
