Instalation
After you downloaded the mod, you will see these files:



You only have to put them in the "data" folder in the GTA IV directory and click in replace all the existing ones:

Back in the days they made every weather and light neutral and then added filters on it. I see in GTA IV already, the neutral scenes, without filters arent really that neutral either, already done with applying filters in mind. So can;t get the NATURAL lighting in them. They still look off.

I retract that. Just checked videos on it etc. It did worked but not like in the screenshot. That screenshot is an exception where the game looks actually neutral. But that is rare, game mostly look like still filtered, just through more colorful filter. The mod worked, it's just not for me.

Just installed it and and it broke the filter, didn't got rid of it for the game to look natural and neutral. Gonna have to mess with it a little longer i guess.

I don't know but TBoGT doesn't need it since it's already more colorful than regular GTA IV.

Does it work for TBGT and TLD? There is no timecyclemodifiers data in their folders.

Thank you kind sir! I love the atmosphere of GTA IV but too much is too much.
