My bad, it must have been a wannabe squad. They had all put on UN clan tags or whatever and they certainly were not the most organized squad in the world so it must have been a fake.

We are never in Berezino, so I am not sure whom you are talking to here? I've seen other people (Bandits) abusing the UN clothing ingame though, maybe you stumbled upon them.

Try to read the description Titan? We observe high traffic areas and when we see asocial elements we try to remove them so normal people can survive. That is all we do.
