By - ⁧⁧SUROX and 3 collaborators
This guide aims to provide a whole host of information concerning the mixed High Tier - Souvenir craft niche. I've written this guide as I've found no such resource prior to my redaction of this piece.

Please note, this guide may not be complete as of the writing of this. If you have any suggestions, leave them in the comments and I'll try and update the guide when relevant!

What constitutes a mixed High Tier - Souvenir craft?
Example of a mixed High Tier - Souvenir craft

A mixed High Tier - Souvenir craft is a Souvenir skin who's had a High Tier sticker applied to it. For the purposes of this guide, we will be considering the following tournaments/stickers as "High Tier" :
  • Katowice 2014
  • Crown Foil
  • Contraband : Howling Dawn, Harp of War, Winged Defuser & King on the Field

Of course, there are more expensive and rarer stickers in other collections, but they won't be covered for now. In the future, it is possible I add stickers from Katowice 2015, Krakow Golds used to complete MVPless skins, etc...

In addition, I won't be covering crafts involving souvenirs from PGL Stockholm 2021 onwards, as those tend to be valued the same as a normal skin with the sticker applied, and the souvenir stickers have little to no value since all except the undesirable map sticker can be re-applied.

Finally, Souvenir skins who've had all of their original stickers scraped will not be covered, as those are effectively destroyed and lack the appeal of mixing souvenir-exclusive stickers with high tier stickers.

Desirability
As we've seen with our analysis of quantity, most of these crafts were done back when the stickers were cheap, which means most were done on Katowice 2014 and Dreamhack 2013 souvenirs.

When it comes to Katowice stickers, and despite being higher in quantity, Katowice 2014 souvenirs will usually fetch more as they are deemed more desirable to begin with. Souvenirs matching Titan, iBUYPOWER and REASON foils with high tier stickers are the ones fetching the highest amongst 2014 souvenirs.

As such, the rarest mixed crafts are those done on more recent tournaments. Cluj-Napoca and Cologne 2016 have only 1 craft on all stickers considered for this guide, which technically makes them the rarest.

Both 2019 majors have no craft to speak of, which makes sense considering the price of most stickers covered here were well above the thousand dollar mark. On the other hand, PGL Krakow 2017 also comes up empty-handed, but that may be due to the new gold stickers at the time being applied way more often, especially to finish MVPLess souvenir drops.

The most recent crafts, and therefore the ones done when stickers were most expensive, were done on FACEIT London 2018 souvenirs, with most being crafted by vac-banned collector oj π . More details about the history of his crafts will be detailed in the "Known Collectors" section.

Outside of his inventory, there seems to be two other crafts done on souvenirs from the same tournament, which could fetch a pretty SP% if the owners decided to sell.

Finally, there exists two crafts kato - atlanta souvenirs, with one being on the ak safari mesh pictured at the beginning of the guide, and other being a souvenir m4 masterpiece with a dignitas katowice paper.

Outside of Katowice 2014 mixed crafts, Crown(foil) is the most commonly applied sticker, finding its way on a whole range of tournament souvenirs. The value of these crafts tends to be similar to their none souvenir counter-parts except on extremely rare combinations, which would make them less desirable than the other stickers listed here relatively speaking.

Finally, when it comes to contraband, King on the field rules the value chart. There are only 14 souvenirs with KOTF applied, making them highly-sought after in the KOTF collector niche.

Despite being 1.5x more common, Harp of War (Holo) would be a close-second in terms of desirability, as it is usually more sought-after than Winged Defusers. Mixed Harp - Katowice 2014 would be the most desirable as it has been applied mostly on Dreamhack 2013 souvenirs.

Finally, the Howling Dawn would be the most common of the contraband, and it's value on mixed crafts seems to be moderately higher than that of it's non souvenir counter-parts, making it the least desirable of the contraband.

Please note that the values derived in this section have been determined only through observation of general market trends and the supply & demand as of the writing of this piece. Such trends are subject to change overtime, and it may be that one sticker becomes more desirable than another through unforeseen circumstances.
General guidelines for pricing
Not unlike regular souvenirs, there are no set rules for pricing these sorts of items. Some of these items are unique, 1/1 and in most cases a combination of both. As such, there are no hard-written percentages or guides for determining the general market value of these items, and it is up to the seller to price them depending on how quickly they want to get rid of them.

That being said, the "usual" souvenir pricing rules still apply, which means souvenirs featuring desirable team stickers (iBUYPOWER, REASON, Titan, vox, etc...) and placements, as well base skin rarity all factor in as usual.

However, there is a general rule of thumb depending on the perceived value of the skin in question. Indeed, a "low-tier" mixed high tier - souvenir will usually be valued simply by adding the price of a similar "vanilla" souvenir with the price of a low-tier craft of said sticker. For example, the P250 pictured above should be listed at about 210 RMB ± <20% premium, as the price of a similar low-tier DH13 souvenir would be about 70 RMB (as of the writing of this), and the price of a similar low-tier katowice craft would be about 140 RMB.

This will vary depending on sticker placement and desirability of the base skin/sticker combo. The example above has bad sticker placement and the skin is generally undesirable so the price premium should be very low if the seller wanted it to sell in a reasonable amount of time.

That being said, what has been said for low-tier mixed crafts can be thrown out the window when it comes to high-tier and/or unique crafts. At this stage, we're dealing with items which are truly 1/1, with good sticker placement and base souvenirs being already extremely rare and hard to truly price accurately.

It is exclusively the seller's prerogative to set the price on such items, and most of them are listed for "show" prices anyways, meaning they are just there either to get buyer's attention and get them to negotiate or purely to show off one's collection.

The example above is listed for a high sticker percentage, as the base skin is a 1/2 souvenir awp safari mesh featuring 3DMax and Vox foils, and the 3DMax (Holo) is applied on the best position.

On the other hand, while they may be rarer, mixed high tier/souvenir crafts done on more recent tournaments do not necessarily follow the same rules as Katowice 2014 crafts on newer skins, meaning they are not inherently more desirable and/or valuable than Katowice 2014 or Dreamhack 2013 souvenirs. Current market trends show that older souvenirs tend to fetch higher prices, most likely due to the older souvenir designs generally being more sought-after.

Finally, as a seller, you would be happy to know that while these items were historically hard to sell, demand for them has seen significant growth in the souvenir market as of late and it appears the market has more "liquidity" (for a souvenir) than before, especially the lower-tier segment, which isn't plagued by scarcity and collector-exclusivity.
Points of Interest & Known Collectors

oj π's vac-banned london 2018 collection

Sadly, the biggest collection of mixed Katowice 2014 - London 2018 crafts is currently vac-banned, with some amazing pieces forever locked in oj π's account. He crafted most of them during the major, back when these stickers went for low-to-mid hundreds on the steam market.

When asked, he said the reason for those crafts was because he didn't see too many being done at the time, so he wanted to make unique crafts.

MVPHAS's mixed high tier - souvenir collection

Probably one of, if not the biggest mixed souvenir collection lies within MVPHAS's inventory. He is well known to be holding a good chunk of the supply of such crafts, especially at the high-end.

Wrath Senpai's mixed katowice - souvenir collection

Scout collector Wrath Senpai holds one of the biggest mixed high tier - souvenir scout collections there is, with everything from contraband to Katowice 2014 holos. He's acquired most of them back when such items were traded for a few csgo keys on the market.

Of course, there are many more collectors of such items across all tiers and segments, but those were some of the more interesting collections to highlight as an introduction to the world of mixed souvenir collectors.
Conclusion
With less than two-thousand known mixed Katowice 2014/High Tier - souvenir crafts in the world, these items are both scarce and desirable for being the ultimate showcase of CSGO stickers.

Indeed, while the rarity of conventional Katowice 2014 crafts and the beauty of souvenirs are undeniable, there is an even stronger appeal for a skin celebrating the marriage of both.

I've tried to be as in-depth as I could, but I'm open to making changes based on community feedback!
