there are some things you need to know, how you can get the achievement "On Time".

1. There's no penalty for arriving too early at the station!
2. There's no penalty for driving too fast!
3. You have to arrive at the station not to late.
4. Open the doors on time.

This means, for example, arrival time at the first station is 21:55 (9:55 pm). You stop as early as you can at the station plattform before 21:55 (9:55 pm).
But, you open the doors punctual at 21:55:00 (9:55 pm) and not earlier. Watch the time on your vehicle control panels and use "P" to open the right doors or "I" to open the left doors.
I read somewhere, that it should be possible to open up to 10 seconds after. I made it always on time.

5. Close the doors after the radio message from train director has ended. Use "I" for closing right doors and "P" for closing left doors. After closing, you can depart.

And that's the way how you handle every station till the end.

es gibt ein paar Dinge, die man wissen sollte, wie man den Erfolg "Pünktlich" erhält.

1. Es gibt keine Strafe, wenn man zu früh in den Bahnhof einfährt!
2. Es gibt keine Strafe, wenn man zu schnell fährt!
3. Du darfst nicht zu spät im Bahnhof ankommen.
4. Öffne die Türen pünktlich!

Das bedeutet, z.B. für die erste Bahnhofsstation ist die Ankunftszeit 21:55 Uhr. Du fährst zur Station und hältst so schnell du kannst vor 21:55 Uhr.
Die Türen öffnest du aber erst genau 21:55:00 Uhr und nicht früher. Beobachte hierzu die Uhr auf den Amaturen deines Zuges und benutze "P" um die rechten Türen zu öffnen, oder "I" um die linken Türen zu öffnen.
Ich habe gelesen, dass man bis zu 10 Sekunden danach die Türen öffnen darf. Ich habe es immer auf die Sekunde genau gemacht.

5. Schließe die Türen, nachdem die Funknachricht vom Zugdirektor zu Ende ist. Benutze "I", um die offenen rechten Türen zu schließen und "P", um die offenen linken Türen zu schließen. Anschließend kannst du losfahren.

So gehst du an jeder Station vor, bis zum Ende.
