Introduction
Otaku's Adventure is an adventure point & click game with many missable achievements. You need The World Just Keeps Turning DLC for a full completion. Approximate time to 100%: 7 hours. Order of route: Gohard > Waifu > (´･ω･`) > DLC.
All Ending achievement will unlock after finishing last route and it's not necessary to get all endings from DLC (apart from last one). If you don't care about getting all of the DLC's endings, ignore bad endings.
Walkthrough
Common Route
Select your name and birthday, but make sure to remember which number you input here.

[Bedroom]
  • Take Air Condition Remote and follow tutorial.
  • Click drawer > Pack of Batteries > Batteries and keep following tutorial.
  • Check pillow > Phone > click on cat icon to play minigame. Complete it without taking damage.
    Game Master Complete the flight game inside the mobile phone without being hurt.
  • Check bottom left > Box of Tissues. Click on tissues > Head Piece A.
  • Go to the Bathroom.
[Bathroom]
  • Check laundry machine > Head Piece E.
  • Check red box > Wallet & Head Piece F.
  • Brush your teeth and shave.
  • SAVE 1. Piss without leaking (if you clean after pissing, reload).
    No Leak Don't splash outside the toilet when you go to the toilet.
  • Go to the Living Room.
[Living Room]
  • Check red spot near TV > Head Piece C.
  • Check pillow > Head Piece D.
  • Check green box > input you birthday > Head Piece B.
  • Check doors below TV > Key (left) & Power Bank (right).
  • Go to the Bedroom.
[Bedroom]
  • Click on any Head Piece and combine another:
    - Combine E (round ball) to D (back of helmet);
    - Combine A (face) to E;
    - Combine B (front of helmet) to D;
    - Combine F (V) on top of helmet;
    - Combine C to F.
  • Use it on figurine.
    Figure Master Complete the figure in my room.
  • Leave.
[First Date]
  • Choose either option.
  • Choose any option.
  • After Mei leaves, overwrite SAVE 1. Choose "Wait until Mei comes back".
    Ending 1: Waiting for You, Mei
  • LOAD 1. Choose "Come to my senses".
[Store]
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Buy:
    - Bottled water;
    - Yamashita Chirio's album.
    Checkout.
    Loyal Fan In order to love him, buy his photo album.
  • SAVE 2. Choose "Confess my feelings".
    Ending 2: Love at First Sight
  • LOAD 2. Choose "Ask her name" > "Do nothing".
[Arcade]
  • Click Bottled Water and drink it.
    Guru Guru Drink water.
  • Check guy's head with a bag > Game Token.
  • Move right > check box > open it > Game Token.
  • Talk to Girl > "Okay! You're on!". Lose against her.
    Ending 3: Successor of the Single God.
[Store]
  • LOAD 1. Buy:
    - Bottled water;
    - Walkthrough;
    - The OST of Kio.
    Checkout.
  • Choose "Ask her name" > "Push her away" > "Let me take you home".
[Arcade]
  • Get the previous 2 Game Token.
  • Take Stool > go up.
  • Move right > talk to Michael > give him Bottled Water.
  • Check book > open it > Game Token.
  • Move left > put Stool below air conditioner > Slotted Screwdriver Bit.
  • Move right > give Slotted Screwdriver Bit to Michael > Game Token.
  • Move down > Overwrite SAVE 2.
  • Click Walkthrough > read it > talk to Girl > "Okay! You're on!".
  • Win without letting her get a score. If this happens, reload.
    Perfect Victory Win the game with a score of 3-0 in arcade hall.
[Bobo's House]
  • SAVE 3. Do the following:
    - Check gachapon > use Game Token x2;
    - Check radio > use The OST of Kio;
    - Check fish tank > use Power Bank;
    - Move left > open refrigerator > Floppy Disk & Bento (drawer);
    - Check microwave oven > use Bento then Phone;
    - Click door > click toilet brush > clean toilet;
    - Move right x2 > check keyhole on first door > use Key;
    - Check blank frame > draw anything;
    - Click second door > break all figurines by clicking repeatedly on them;
    - Check PC > power on > use Floppy Disk > choose any option.
    Bobo Playground Play all the sleeping games at Bobo's home in one row.
  • LOAD 3. Check gachapon > use Game Token x3 > Sleeping Pills.
  • Use Sleeping Pills.
    Take Medicine and Sleep Well Take a sleeping pill and go to sleep at Bobo's house.
Gohard Route
[Comic Con]
  • Overwrite SAVE 3. Choose "Just go inside".
    Ending 13: Meet, Then Farewell
  • LOAD 3. Choose "Go in holding hands".
  • Get Game Weekly and External Flash.
  • Overwrite SAVE 3. Use External Flash and find the assistant in one try. Reload if you fail.
    Piercing Eye Find an assistant without making mistakes.
  • Get Flyer. Choose any person. Get Voice Recorder.
  • Click on the one-eyed figurine > talk to girl:
    - Present Flyer;
    - Present Game Weekly;
    - Present Voice Recorder.
[Alien Ship]
  • Move right > Alien Cuisine x2.
  • Use Voice Recorder on hole > click box > use External Flash > Space Wrench.
  • Move left > use Space Wrench on cable.
  • Overwrite SAVE 3. Check monster > use Alien Cuisine x2.
  • Lose.
  • SAVE 4. Wait until timer ends.
    Ending 14: I Am Garbage.
  • LOAD 4. Check monitor > X✓X✓XXX✓
  • Overwrite SAVE 4. Click red button where Gohard is > check box > check wire.
    Ending 15: Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah Ah
  • LOAD 4. Click red button where orange monster is.
    Ending 16: Good Intentions do not Pay Off.
  • LOAD 4. Click red button where pink and blue monsters are.
  • Play and win against blue monster > Solar Coin.
  • Check box on wall > turn off > click red button where Gohard is > check box > check wire > Broken Wire.
  • Use Solar Coin and Broken Wire on pink monster > Repaired Wire.
  • Repair box > turn back power on > press red button.
  • Overwrite SAVE 4. Check buttons > press all buttons.
    Ending 18: Mind the Gate.
  • LOAD 4. Move left, right > press red button.
    Ending 19: Curiosity Kills Cat.
  • LOAD 4. Move left x2 > check red button > press red button.
    Ending 20: Open Gate Carelessly.
  • LOAD 4. Move left x2 > check red button > check box > Mini Button.
  • Overwrite SAVE 4. Go back to Ship > use Mini Button > check buttons > press all buttons.
    Ending 21: Won't Fit.
  • LOAD 4. After getting Mini Button, press red button.
  • Go back to Ship > check buttons > press all buttons.
  • Overwrite SAVE 4. Lose minigame.
    Ending 22: Cold Universe.
  • LOAD 4. Win minigame without losing hearts.
    Perfect Flight Complete the game of space flight without being hurt.
[Planet]
  • Take Glass Cover > move right, drink water.
  • Move left x2 > talk to slime > enter cave x2 > get Universal Glue.
  • Overwrite SAVE 4. Click Gohard > choose "Approach quickly".
    Ending 24: Amazing Girl.
  • LOAD 4. Click Gohard > choose "Crawl slowly" > "Pretend to be a rock" > "Approach quickly" > use Universal Glue on her feet.
    Ending 25: NTR Me.
  • LOAD 4. Use Glass Cover and Universal Glue on slime > click on Gohard > "Crawl slowly" > "Pretend to be a rock" > "Approach quickly" > use Universal Glue on her feet.
  • Overwrite SAVE 4. Choose "I'll obviously be the one going back!"
    Ending 26: I Go Home Happily.
  • LOAD 4. Choose "You go! I'll stay here!"
    Ending 27: She Goes Home Happily.
[Alien Ship]
  • LOAD 3. Win against the alien without receiving damage (2 fights)
    Green button: defense
    Red button: offense
  • Overwrite SAVE 3. Attack him to lose.
    Ending 17: Defeated by One-Eyed Alien.
  • LOAD 3. Don't press any button.
  • Do everything as before until you turn back to human.
  • Overwrite SAVE 3. Lose against final boss.
    Ending 23: Tentacle Hell.
  • LOAD 3. Win against final boss without receiving damage.
    Boxing King Complete all boxing games without being hurt.
    I Love You Gohard Be with girl No.2.
    Ending 34: We Are Invincible, Not Lonely
Waifu Route
[Arcade]
  • LOAD SAVE 2. Lose against Gohard, do everything as before until you part ways with Bobo.
[Park]
  • Overwrite SAVE 2. Choose "Yes".
    Ending 4: Farewell, Waifu.
  • LOAD 2. Choose "No" > "Because I... I am a girl" > select foundation > "To brighten your skin tone and cover flaws" > get Pistol.
  • Overwrite SAVE 2. Lose.
    Ending 9: Useless Me.
  • LOAD 2. Shoot box 30 times. Attack men in black and avoid pedestrians, don't lose any hearts.
    Focus Wrong Hit the box in the park 30 times during the shooting game.
[Hospital]
  • Overwrite SAVE 2. Use Pistol on Waifu.
    Ending 5: Idiot Is Me.
  • LOAD 2. Move right > take Remote > go back > use Remote on Waifu.
    Ending 6: Wizened Waifu.
  • LOAD 2. Take Rubbing Alcohol > move right.
  • Check boxes > take Megaphone & Blue Card.
  • Combine Pistol with Megaphone > Loud Gun > use Loud Gun on glass > Syringe
  • Move down > take Iron Pipe & Red Card > go back and move up.
  • Check drawers: top: book > Yellow Card; bottom > Magical Materials.
  • Press ↑↑↓↓↑↓ on elevator buttons > Scalpel and Jack > go back.
  • Go first room > check leaf > Mulberry Leaf.
  • Use Jack on collapsed wall > take Scissors > Bandage > go back.
  • Go second room > check guardrail > use Mulberry Leaf and Remote on silkworm > Silk Thread.
  • Use Iron Pipe on whetstone > Needle
  • Overwrite SAVE 3. Combine Needle with Silk Thread > pass the thread in the hole in one try > Needle and Thread.
    Great Eyes and Hands Thread a needle in one try.
  • Insert Yellow Card and Magical Materials in machine > press OK > Key.
  • Go back to Waifu > use Key in metal safe > Anesthetic and Green Card.
  • Combine Syringe with Anesthetic > Anesthetic Needle.
  • Go back to machine room > use Green Card and Key in machine > press OK > Forceps.
  • Go back to Waifu. Overwrite SAVE 2. Talk to Waifu. Fail 3 times.
    Ending 7: No Regrets to Die.
  • LOAD 2. Talk to Waifu:
    - Use Rubbing Alcohol;
    - Use Anesthetic Needle;
    - Use Scalpel;
    - Use Forceps;
    - Use Needle and Thread;
    - Use Bandage.
    Perfect Surgery Perform the operation without making mistakes.
  • Go back to machine room > talk to Waifu.
[Island]
  • After arriving at the island, overwrite SAVE 2 > use Pistol on guards.
    Ending 8: Glorious Failure.
  • LOAD 2. Move left > take Pile of Fallen Leaves > check hole > take Telescopic Gun.
  • Move left > overwrite SAVE 2 > use Telescopic Gun on tree > get item in one try. Reload if you fail > Eavesdropper.
    One Shoot One Catch A telescopic gun can be used only once to achieve its goal.
  • Move left > take Bamboo Shelf > use Eavesdropper on men in black.
  • Move right x2 > use Bamboo Shelf and Pile of Fallen Leaves on hole > use Pistol on shooting range > take Gas Mask.
  • Move left > click on sleeping man's shoes > Stinky Sock.
  • Move left > use Stinky Sock on men in black > check on them > Elastic Band.
  • Move right > take Tree Branch > combine Tree Branch with Elastic Band > Slingshot.
  • Move right x2 > use Slingshot on guard > overwrite SAVE 2 > click door.
  • Fail minigame.
    Ending 10: Useless Me II.
  • LOAD 2. Attack men in black without losing hearts, avoid pedestrians and cat.
[Inside]
  • Overwrite SAVE 2. Lose against Old Bean.
    Ending 11: Overly Powerful Opponent.
  • LOAD 2. Win against Old Bean without losing hearts.
    Shooting King Complete all shooting games without being hurt.
  • Overwrite SAVE 2. Choose "Do nothing".
    Ending 12: Otaku Savior.
  • LOAD 2. Choose "Push her away".
    I Love You Waifu Be with girl No.1.
    Ending 33: Love, Not the World.
(´･ω･`) Route
[Store]
  • LOAD 1. Buy:
    - Bottled Water;
    - Golden Screwdriver.
  • Choose "Ask her name" > "Do nothing".
[Arcade]
  • Move right > take Stool > go up.
  • Move right > talk to Micheal > give him Bottled Water.
  • Move left > put Stool below air conditioner > Slottled Screwdriver Bit.
  • Move down > click on first arcade > use Golden Screwdriver on bottom left > combine Golden Screwdriver with Slottled Screwdriver Bit > Slottled Screwdriver and Phillips Screwdriver Bit > use it on rest of screws.
  • Put Power Bank on machine > go up > move right > talk to Michael.
    Michael's Secret Find Michael's secret.
[Noob Village]
  • Get Hero's PAD and Happy Milk > move left > check right house > recruit Super Noob.
  • This route plays like any RPG. To level up, you need to buy Level Up Cans which can be bought in some villages. To farm gold, fight enemies in random encounters.
    The Level Up 2 Can can be bought in the middle house for 100 gold.
  • Leave Village and walk down to Physical Village.
[Physical Village]
  • Go to the second right house > talk to Shermie > side quest.
  • Go to Hero's Forest > take everything (2 of each item).
  • Go back to Shermie > overwrite SAVE 1 > give all wrong ingredients.
    Ending 28: A Pure Mistake.
  • LOAD 1. Give her correct ingredients > rest at Noob Village.
  • Go back to Physical Village > talk to Shermie > pay 100 gold > now you can buy furniture to decorate your house, but focus on leveling up your characters first.
If you die to enemies or bosses:
Ending 29: Hero! Defeated!!
Walk through the bridge and go inside Tent.

[Tent]
  • First room: rest
  • Second room: vendor machine
  • Level up MC to 3 > leave > go to Tall Tower.
[Tall Tower]
  • Defeat Evil Blade Saint > Cursed Blade.
  • Rest > go to Toe Mountain.
[Toe Mountain]
  • Defeat Fungus > Growth Cell.
  • Rest > go to Snake (northeast of Toe Mountain).
[Snake]
  • Defeat Snake.
  • Don't go inside yet.
  • Rest > go to Inverted Castle (south of Tent).
[Inverted Castle]
  • Use Cursed Blade on wall.
  • Defeat Bat > check clock > check batteries > take Prop Books (bottom) > move right > check ceiling.
  • Go back to Physical Village > go to second left house > talk to man > pay 200 gold > move down > talk to Chemist > Strong Pill.
  • I recommend recruiting Chemist and leveling him up to 5, rest of your party LVL 4.
  • Go back to Inverted Castle > give Strong Pill to Bat > check ceiling > choose "Top".
  • Use Prop Books below vacuum > Vacuum Cleaner > take Prop Books > click Vacuum Cleaner > Vacuum Cleaner Parts > Vacuum Cleaner Core > Dirty Stuff.
  • Go back > choose "Middle" > use lever > use Dirty Stuff on water > Key > use Key on door.
  • Go inside > use Prop Books below drawer > Gold Flashlight > take Prop Books.
    Precious Stuff Don't break the flashlight in Inverted Castle.
  • Go back > choose "Top" > enter room > use Prop Books below hole in ceiling > climb to the roof hole > take Cloth > go back > check keypad > put any number until it says wrong password > cover hole with Cloth.
  • Talk to Bat to open door > take Gong.
  • Make sure you are LVL 4 - 5 - 4 and have enough money to attack (3000 gold is enough).
  • Go back > use Gong on Bat Queen.
  • Defeat Bat Queen > refuse > Guitar.
  • Rest > Level up rest of party to 5 > go to Original Hero's Forest (east of Toe Mountain).
[Original Hero's Forest]
  • Check place > choose "Shout".
  • Defeat First Hero.
    Legend of the Strongest Hero Defeat the first hero when the whole team reaches level 5.
  • Rest > overwrite SAVE 1 > go to Shermie and buy every furniture.
  • Go back to Noob Village > go to your House > choose "Stay".
    Wedding Complete your house in a different world.
    Ending 32: Lucky to Meet You.
  • LOAD 1. Go to Snake.
[Snake]
  • Enter > take Cassette: Snake World and Cassette: Ancient World.
  • Use Cassette: Ancient World on console > check TV.
  • Take Raw Meat > move right > talk to man > check machine > check volcano > use Raw Meat on volcano > Cooked Meat.
  • Give Cooked Meat to man > Remote > use Remote on air conditioner.
  • Check volcano > Cassette: World in Picture > go back to console > use Cassette: World in Picture on console > check TV.
  • Take 3D Accelerator Chip > check wall > go back to console > take Cassette: World in Picture > check it and use 3D Accelerator Chip on it.
  • Use Cassette: World in Picture on console > check TV > enter house > take Paint > go back.
  • Take Cassette: World in Picture > check it and take 3D Accelator Chip from it > put it on console > check TV.
  • Use Paint on wall > go back to console > take and check it > use 3D Accelerator Chip on it > put it on console > check TV > enter house > Cassette: Cultivation World.
  • Put Cassette: Cultivation World on console > check TV > take Candles > check pillow > take Lighter > check book.
  • Put all dolls in the trash > use Candles on cassette > use Lighter on candles > use Cassettes: World in Picture and Ancient World on cassette > Cassette: ???.
  • Put Cassette: ??? on console > check TV.
  • Defeat Final Boss > Cassette: Arcade World.
  • Overwrite SAVE 1 > use Cassette: Arcade World on console > check TV.
    Ending 30: Burning With Fire.
  • LOAD 1. Buy Fire Extinguisher (Tent) > enter TV.
    Ending 31: Sorry!! Everybody!
  • LOAD 1. Buy:
    - Poison x6;
    - Revive Pill;
    - Fire Extinguisher.
  • Go to Cemetery (north of Toe Mountain).
[Cemetery]
  • Before entering, drink all Poison to turn yourself into a Ghost.
  • Give Guitar to Ghost.
  • Defeat Bai Wuchang (White) first, then Hei Wuchang (Black) > Revive Bucket.
    Invincible Defeat all bosses in a different world.
  • Rest > If you have the money, buy:
    - Level Up Can 3 x1 (if you have leveled up Super Noob);
    - Level Up Can 4 x2;
    - Level Up Can 5 x2.
  • Go to Noob Village and recruit Super Noob > Level him up to 5.
  • Go to Physical Village and recruit Physicist (rightmost house > pay 100 gold) > Level him up to 5.
    RPG Master Exercise all characters to the extreme in a different world.
  • Go back to console > check TV.
    I Love You (´･ω･`) After save the arcade hall, be with girl No.3.
    Ending 35: Your Waiting, My Shining.
    All Endings Make all endings.
DLC Route
[Apartment]
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Click outside and choose "Climb in from along the outer wall".
    Ending 36: A False Step Leads to Eternal Regret.
  • LOAD 1. Use Pistol on door.
[Kung Fu Dojo]
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Choose "Use force to bully others".
    Ending 37: Evil Can't Triumphs Over Good.
  • LOAD 1. Choose "Protect people important to me!".
  • Minigames x6. Get Polygraph.
[Another World]
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Choose in any order.
    Ending 38: Jurassic Journey.
  • LOAD 1. Order is random and reversed, so choose carefully.
[Past]
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Don't choose Dodge.
    Ending 39: A Novice.
  • LOAD 1. Choose Dodge.
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Choose any option. Don't choose Dodge (again).
    Ending 40: A Novice II.
  • LOAD 1. Choose any option. Choose Dodge (again) x2.
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Don't choose Concentrate.
    Ending 41: A Novice III.
  • LOAD 1. Choose Concentrate.
[Waifu's Home]
  • When playing cards with Waifu, use Polygraph on her.
[Outside]
  • Overwrite SAVE 1. Fail to recognize a kanji.
    Ending 42: No Knowledge, No Win.
  • LOAD 1. Mark all correct kanjis.
    Waifu And the World Save Waifu and the world
    Ending 43: She and I in This World.

the cassettes part, after using the lighter on the candle, you missed out to add in to use paint too

It says "It isn't responding. It doesn't seem to be powered on."

That correct order is:
Go back > choose "Top" > enter room > use Prop Books below hole in ceiling > climb to the roof hole > take Cloth > check keypad on the door on the left > put any number until it says wrong password > use Prop Books below hole in ceiling > cover the hole with Cloth
