so many people complaining about that mod, steering are not worked, no horn, cannot turn faster, and even slow speed, so i RE MAKE it!, i cannot update the mod because its not mine, im just person who asked The real_Q for making a houseboat mod

whats new:

1. working steering wheel
2. add working propeller
3. change color
4. add ladder to go on rooftop (ladder at the back of the boat)
5. re size (20% more longer)
6. increase speed (105 km/h)
7. faster turn
8. added passenger seat (4 seat)
9. add horn beep beep madafakha
10. SPAWNTABLE! (EAT THAT!) spawm in PEI, RUSSIA, WASHINGTOT, GERMANY



im not sure this mod are buildable (you can put furniture inside of it), because this houseboat are so tiny, but if you are creative person, you can decorate it using furniture mod, maybe you cannot place a bedroll or COT inside, but you can place it on the top of the boat
