Selectable Telebase

Kuvaus
Now you can wield your telestaff with one telebase selected on map (due to a limitation this target is shared among players), left/right click a telebase icon on map with telestaff at hand, and then this telebase is selected, and you can see a telestaff icon shown there.

FINALLY someone fix this proble with the useless telestaff

It would be another mod to make because this mod only tweaks telebase.

In general, the idea is interesting, but is it possible to make the staff teleport simply to a selected point on the map, without an telebase?
