Probably easy dismemberment, and armor pretty much blocks all attacks so for armored enemies you'll want to use axes and blunt weapons, or imbue a sword/dagger with fire and stab 'em.

i try to cut people but it wont let me the sword just bounces of and doesnt do damage like im hitting a wall. please help me.

Bro what is that sword? I have never seen a sword so goddamn good at cutting off limbs.
