Extreme mode can be tough at first, it may seem impossible but with the right work put in it is easy.

- darker is turned on and granny can see you sometimes when you can't see her.

- She moves WAY faster than you and you have little chance if she finds you.

- 2 extra locks on the main door (figure it out)

- The secret passage between the sewer and the basement is blocked, this makes the game so much harder

- Creaks on the floorboards of granny's house and magnified and some creaks are even just added. You can't get around certain routes without alerting granny sometimes

I heavily advise

- MAKE A PLAN!!!!!
This means going into practice mode and developing routes

- Memorise CREAKS!!!

Creaky floor boards are in the same spot every time, if you take the time to memorise them in extreme modes orientation, then that will be very gooood.


- Always keep an image of the front door in another tab or something, that way you can know what locks you have unlocked.

- Two heads are better than one, so I recommend having somebody watch your stream in discord or something because it is rlly goo

Here is an example of a detailed 2-dimensional model of the house that i drew to hatch a plan to beat granny on extreme mode

after being killed she can spawn back in either in thje basement, the attic, or the lowest floor of the sewers. Take this into account BEFORE she spawns on your face and kills you, cuz that is pretty unfair.

Once arriving on the scene of a sound, granny will wonder in a random direction and place a bear trap, then she will start patrolling in random direction relation to the bear trap, so just because she goes one way does not mean she will continue

Granny loves to lock doors and she has all the keys, so before you act on a route, think about locked doors such as the door to ur bedroom, the door to the second upstairs bedroom, and the door to outside and there probably are more idk looolllll

When she hits you with the bat it rlly hurts AAAAAOOOOOOOOUUUUUGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!

You should listen for her footsteps and remember, the audio is directional, so you won't hear it is you are not looking at the origin, scan thru the walls by looking around and when you hear something, know that the origin of the sound is around where u are looking. A good way to know that you are safe for sure in the granny house is if you hear her unlock the door to go outside, that means you know for sure she is on the FIRST FLOOR yayyy!!!

the sauna is ur best friend cuz it kills granny for 15 secodns and that is enough time to run up and grab something only one this

use tunnel from outside to basement it is very good and store items in the secret room with the note or in your bedroom!!! Whyen you grab an item after killing granny in the sauna, you can go out the window leading to outside just in time before she spawns back it, then you can go trhu tunnel and put item,s there.

You can infinitely lock granny in the sauna as long as you never turn it off, always keep it running and ensure the security plank is properly placed before operating

I suggest keeping one useless item in the sauna just to lure her, something like the not from the secret room, remember that every item makes a sound when dropped no matter how quite, she also hears every little bump and creak, even for a box.

once you have collected all the items you can collect, start using them one by one and bringing new items back to your storage

The things she does not hear are doors, and mechanical things such as idk the playhouse or something??

Once you have done this a thousand times, you have collected all items possible to get without other items, you now have to start using the items one by one. Using the same strategy, lock her in sauna and use one item, then escape back to her basement. Do this over and over, using the crossbow when needed. Once you have used all the items and all the corresponding items that you received due to you receiving the previous item that allowed you to use the item to get new item that might lead to another item in order for the item to item the item. Always try to escape thru the front door, even tho it is on the first floor and it is trapped, the new spider escape isn't in this version and ur not a mechanic so don't even try the stupid car escape, just use the door as it was intended to be used.
