TF:RE Vehicles (more stuff like this)

So this was ported by Ceiling Spiders and I'm uploading it for him since his account got banned.

Features:
-Working lights, turn signals, etc
-Submaterial textures on lights, turn signals, etc.
-Working lights on the dash.
-Working speedometer, fuel gauge and stuff
-The dash turns on/off when the car is turned on/off
-Animated steering wheel, gear stick, handbrake, pedals, exhaust.
-bones/bodygroups

This might help too https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Vehicles_(modeling) . It may not look relevant, but a lot of the knowledge can be applied to make the small details move.

I think I fixed it, the problem was that some codes didn't like caps.

Not sure what's going on, but the tyres seems to be hovering just above the ground. Just letting you (and Ceiling Spiders) of a bug with the addon.
