This mod adds in player origins (or backgrounds), which allow you to start a new player off with different max life, mana, items, or even world changes like a different spawn.
These are all accessible by default through the character creation screen; a little button next to the player name switches the menu to player origin mode.
From then on, choose whichever background you like and enjoy!

There are also a bunch of unlockable origins - play more to discover how to unlock these.

Hey there.

Can someone help me with this darn health slider in the custom menu? I just can't get the health I want. Does anyone have any idea how I can get a clean number like 120, not 121 or 119?

The only I know off the top of my head are Thorium, Spirit Reforged, Verdant, and Clicker Class. There's also "Extra Beginnings", a dedicated mod for new origins. I would love to have a list of mods that add stuff though! Always cool to see.

@Fyre Due to the way life crystals are programmed, it'd be a major hassle. I believe that was originally going to be what we did for the origins, but life crystals are hard capped to 15 and it'd be a whole lot of time and work to fix that, sorry.

As far as I know it's only spirit reforged but maybe some mods added some on their own
