Some of the upgrades to the weapon include:

- Aggressively lightened slide to lower the reciprocating mass, greatly reducing felt recoil during fully automatic fire

- Front and back slide serrations to ease racking the slide from any angle, improving reload speed

- Forward and rear frame checkering to keep the gun firmly planted in your hand regardless of adverse weather conditions

- Aggressively textured grip panels to improve support hand contact and make follow up shots more predictable

- Skeletonized trigger job to lighten pull weight, reduce pretravel and shorten reset, increasing your rate of fire

- Red fiber-optic iron sights that are illuminated by any light source to ensure you always have the perfect sight picture

- Reflective metal finish -- Because it looks cool, and looking cool is half of the battle.
