For your primary, you are going to want to equip the Sydney Sleeper. The rest of your loadout does not matter.
The Strategy
The Sydney Sleeper can kill Snipers with one shot. What you are going to be doing is aiming for their bodies instead of their head. This strategy also relies on fast reaction time as you need to be faster than they are.
Weaknesses
There are a couple of weaknesses to this method. If your opponent has a vaccinator Medic, you cannot kill them in one shot. Also, if you are too good people will swap to Demoman or Pyro to counter.

how to counter a good sniper as pyro: leave.
(I main pyro and this is one of the few effective strategies that doesnt take over 5 minutes with lots of trial and error)
