You are the members of the illustrious CryoArchitects Guild. It's been a few days since the Caravan arrived at the foot of the majestic building that everyone is starting to call the Hearth. The Caravan Council has given you all different design goals to best meet the needs of the residents and thus construct The City that will be the new home for the population of I C E. In addition Guilds have given you the task of establishing their headquarters.
As you sit in front of the first drawings of the city, you are preparing to draw up the plan. By placing a new tile each in turn, you gradually design the city. The one who best meets the demands of the Council will be awarded the prestigious title of Master CryoArchitect, and will win the game!

What an interesting game, Bragou, congratulations! I was intrigued by the table presence of I C E but this one speaks to me more mechanically. I look forward to trying it!
