Huon Class MHC (WIP)

This is a HEAVY WIP project that I've been working on since mid 2022.

I recommend using infinite electricity at the moment - the DGs are very underpowered
Introducing; the Huon-Class Minehunter Coastal (MHC) used by the Royal Australian Navy.

I tried to make a 1:1 rendition, however with artistic changes to several compartments.

A proper description will be introduced later.
