Basically you just have to get second place or better without killing an opponent.

You can do this by hiding or running away until it's you and another player left, once that happens kill yourself by jumping off the map. The achievement will pop once the match results show.

You can also find how to get this achievement by looking at your badges and finding the one called "Chicken of Chickens"
